KSA #15 Teachers engage in assessing the quality of their teaching.
Reflection
I believe that a a good educator is one that is constantly reflecting on their practice in order to improve their practice. I believe in life- long learning, and in this profession I don't think that it is ever possible for one person to know everything. Every child, school, classroom, and community are different. Therefore, what works in one classroom may not work in another. I believe it is my responsibility to help students reach their maximum potential in all that they do. In order for me to help my students I believe that it is crucial that I am constantly researching and reflecting on what I do in the classroom.

Lesson Plan Reflection
Below is a collection of three lesson plans that I created and delivered. At the end of each lesson is an area for reflection. It includes an area to record " kudos" and "considerations". In other words, I reflected on what I felt worked while delivering the lesson, and what I felt needed to be revised if the lesson was taught again, or what needed to be considered in future lessons that I delivered.
Overall Reflection
Below is an overall reflection on the three lessons posted above. I expanded on what I believed my strengths were, and what I believed to be my weaknesses. I also offer suggestions as to what I could try in the future.
