Knowledge, Skills, and Attributes
A large part of understanding the legislated, moral and ethical framework in which teachers work is understanding the Alberta Education Knowledge, Skills, and Attributes (KSAs) themselves.
I collaborated with a number of fellow colleagues to translate the KSAs . We used a Frayer Model graphic organizer to define, give a description, give examples and non- examples of each KSA.. Doing this helped us all to understand the framework in which we will be working.

" During the practicum, Allie did experience some adversity which she handled with a level of professionalism generally reserved for peers with much more school experience than Allie currently possesses."
